CENOR is supervising the construction of Luanda Towers, a complex in Luanda, Angola, that comprises three 28-storey towers. Two of the towers will be destined for residential use, while the third will house office space. The construction site covers an area of 128,000 m².

The three towers are being built atop a foundation with underground and raised floors, covering a gross floor area of roughly 18,000 m² that will be destined for commercial use.

The project is currently in the phase of structural construction, comprised of reinforced concrete extending to a height above the foundation and cores of reinforced concrete and steel from the 7th floor upwards.

Assembly of Tower 1’s steel structure began at the end of 2012, the rate of assembly currently being 3 to 4 floors per month.
