“Protocolo Abrigo” Signature (Shelter Project)

2014 .

CENOR, complying with the 8th clause of its integrated policy of Quality, Environment and Safety, «to adopt the principles of Social Responsibility, in order to contribute to the sustainable development of society», signed in December 2013 a Protocol with CAIS (Portuguese Social Solidarity Association), under the scope of “Protocolo Abrigo” (Shelter Project).

This protocol strengthens the already existent connection between CAIS and CENOR, since CENOR is a frequent user of the CAIS LAVAGEM AUTO Service, which offers a manual and ecological automobile cleaning service at the clients’ premises. This service is part of the CAIS’ CAHO Project, a project conceived to empower people, easing their integration in the labour market.

The “Protocolo Abrigo” exists since 2003, where the sponsor companies finance some of CAIS social initiatives and make available some goods and services of their business areas.
CENOR donation will be managed by CAIS, during the Protocol first year, to invest in institutional communication strategy, namely in the improvement of the on-line channels: www.cais.pt  and https://www.facebook.com/#!/associacaocais
